Perlman Promoted to Partner

DAVIE, FLA. (December 31, 2018) — D. Seaton and Associates, P.A. is pleased to announce Jeffrey M. Perlman’s promotion to Partner, effective January 1, 2019.

Jeff serves as bond, disclosure, issuer’s, borrower’s, bank’s, underwriters’ and special counsel in public finance transactions to fund infrastructure in multiple jurisdictions. His practice includes all structures of municipal bond transactions, including public-private partnerships, to fund airports, rapid transit, roads, bridges, water infrastructure, seaports, schools, and general obligation borrowing. He joined D. Seaton and Associates’ public finance practice in 2015, after serving in-house for The City of New York and The Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has been an active member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
